Starting from October 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through air, naval, automobile, and pedestrian checkpoints located in the territory of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

How To Apply
To apply you must have a valid passport, a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or a pre-paid Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or PayPal, and an email address. Once you have this information, your eSTA application can be started on this website. This authorization is electronically linked to your passport. The visa waiver eSTA USA is valid for two years or until your passport expires.
